Contact an experienced divorce attorney at Hollins, Raybin & Weissman, P.C., in Nashville for advice and representation concerning your legal alternatives with respect to parenting time, child support, spousal support, and marital property division.
Family law has been a major focus of our firm's practice since we opened our doors in 1976. Of the five members of our firm who represent divorce clients, four are AV-rated* attorneys who enjoy outstanding reputations throughout Tennessee, and the other is a former Circuit Court Judge who introduced divorce mediation into the Williamson County Domestic Court. These five attorneys average more than 30 years of experience with divorce and family law issues.
Each of our lawyers works very closely with our clients in order to help you reach your goals, protect your interests, and achieve the best possible result on any contested issue that might develop in your divorce. Because we take the time to help you define your objectives in terms of your legal rights and responsibilities, you can develop a clear idea of your legal position as a starting point for identifying and pursuing your objectives either through negotiation or litigation, as the case might require.
In most cases, we can help you achieve a satisfactory result without the need for expensive and stressful court proceedings. If litigation is necessary to protect your interests, however, our long experience and careful attention to detail can make the decisive difference in your favor. We also represent divorce clients before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Our firm carefully limits our family law caseload so that each of our divorce clients can receive highly attentive and individualized service that addresses your personal needs as well as your legal interests. An important aspect of our client service is our ability to provide the personal support necessary to enable you to make the soundest decisions possible under circumstances that can often be confusing.
