Among the past professional positions held by lawyers at our firm are Assistant Attorney General, Assistant District Attorney, U.S. Navy JAG Corps attorney, and clerk for an appellate judge on the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Some of our clients may know our firm under its former name of Hollins Wagster & Yarbrough. Founding member Ed Yarbrough was removed from the firm name in 2007 when he left the office following his appointment as the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee. Mr. Wagster retired from the firm and new members joined the firm which is now Hollins, Raybin & Weissman, P.C.
