LAWYER PROFILE: Sarah Richter joined Hollins, Wagster, Yarbrough, Weatherly & Raybin, P.C., in 2007, as an associate in the firm's litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Richter acted as senior law clerk to the Honorable Judge William B. Cain, Presiding Judge of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Middle Section. A native of Nashville, Ms. Richter graduated in 2002 from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ms. Richter received her law degree cum laude from the University of Memphis in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Richter served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Bernice B. Donald of the United States Federal District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, as a summer associate with the University of Tennessee General Counsel's Office, and as a judicial law clerk for the Williamson County, Tennessee, Circuit Court. Her honors and awards include the Dean's Award for Best Appellate Brief, the Dean's Distinguished Service Award, Student Ambassador for the University of Memphis, and Officer of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. |
